Dr. Casey Ericson

Menopausal Strength

Dr. Casey Ericson has over two decades of experience as a chiropractor and fitness instructor.

She designed the Menopausal Strength class to support the unique needs of women approaching or navigating menopause.

Yoga Classes

We offer two types of yoga classes:

Deep Stretch and Slow Flow.

Both classes are designed to release muscle tension and increase daily mobility and ease of motion.

The Deep Stretch Class is a Yin style practice that nourishes the fascia and builds bone strength, working with your body, not against it.

The Slow Flow Class is a low-impact and  slower-paced yoga practice perfect for building strength, improving mobility, and finding your Zen in a supportive, lighthearted environment.

Strong Bodies Strength

These bootcamp style classes provide every participant with exercises that increase muscular strength and endurance while improving cardiovascular health.  Offered in both high- and low-impact, Strong Bodies are designed to provide a total body workout through training all major muscle groups in a fun, upbeat atmosphere.

Menopausal Strength

This class, led by Dr. Casey Ericson, is a  specialized workout designed to support the unique needs of women approaching or navigating menopause. The class combines strength training, core exercises, and mindful stretching to address the physical and emotional changes that occur during this stage of life.

Running Progams

Also known as our Limber Run program, these training programs  from Coach Alice make running accessible for athletes of all ages in a fun and supportive environment. Distance-specific, small group training sessions, like our Limber Run 5k program, are available each Fall and Spring. We also offer free Community Group Runs during the Spring, Summer, and Fall.

Youth Programs

Our Limber Kids youth fitness classes are open to children in grades K-8 and incorporate fitness drills, stretches, and age-appropriate games for a fun, whole-body learning experience. We also offer sports training, specifically designed and tailored for children across grades K-8 to promote strength, flexibility, and mobility and to teach lifelong fitness and movement skills.

Spinal Movement for Seniors

Our Spinal Mobility Class,

led by our movement specialist, Michael Schwartz, is

designed for seniors who want

to move better and function

with less effort.

Qigong Classes

Our Qigong classes (Introduction to Qigong, and Qigong for Parkinson's Disease) are led by our movement specialist, Michael Schwartz.

Introduction to Qigong is designed for adults looking for a gentle, low-impact, holistic exercise routine.  Qigong for Parkinson’s class is designed specifically for people living with Parkinson’s Disease.
